Breathing difficulties - really scared

I am not breathing properly, my hands & lips are tingling. I have read that the respitory centre will adjust this by slowing down breathing, but it hasn't and I've had it for ages & am really scared am going to die.

Please someone help me! I am alone and scared.

you are NOT going to die, u need to calm down, slowly breath in through your nose, hold it for a few seconds and breath out your mouth, if your just panicking and breathing fast and shallow your carbon dioxide levels are not right which causes the tingling sensation, try covering your mouth and nose with a paper bag and breathing in and out of it, failing that i always pull my top up a little over my nose and breath like that, it seems to help me.
