Hi, i'm new :)

Hi everyone i'm 25 and have panic attacks about dying. I'm terrified. I've had them since I was little. I would like to meet others who understand what i'm going through. It would be nice to have support from ppl who have been or are there. My husband does what he can but he doesn't know 1st hand what it's like.
