Hi all My names is Lindsey,i am new to no more panic,i have been on other help sites and organisations that help with stress disorders. I first suffered panic attacks last year after being involved in a serious road traffic incident last year,unfortunately a fatality was involved and this i think is the cause of my anxiety and sleepless nights,im on some medication but it has some side effects and my doctor insists i with it but it makes me feel awful but im going to get a second opinion from another gp. anyway hope all of you are ok and getting on with things.:welcome:
