This is going to sound silly i have a lump in my throat but i dont feel i can get enough air and i have had phlem the last few days.If i really couldnt breathe id wheeze wouldnt i?

classic symptom of anxiety is not feeling able to breathe and a lump in the throat but always best to get it checked
