What is it like to come off Fluoxatine

Hi All

Have been on Fluoxatine for around 3 months and been having CBT both working well so im wondering what i can expect if was to come off my meds and what is the best way to come off, ie Cold Turkey or reduce slowly?
I am on 1 20mg tab a day

I went cold turkey - not recommended and I was on it about 9 months.

I felt no worse to be honest as I was feeling dizzy all the time anyway so didn't notice it much.

Fluoxetine stays in the body for up to 4 weeks so withdrawal effects are said to be mild compared to most other antidepressants, but l still think it's best to gradually reduce. I stopped cold turkey and felt no different, ie depressed!
