Im going back to work on tuesday after just over 6 months off and all my panic and anxiety started just after i was made unemployed in march. Although i have been a bit better lately im still so anxious about going back to work and worry the shock affect it will have on my body. Has anyone gone back to work after this long off and how did you cope? what doesn't help aswell is that i have an ultrasound scan next wednesday for a lump on my testicle. It just seems next week is going to be alot to cope with and im not sure how to handle. By the way the dr is sure the lump is just a cyst and has sent me for my own piece of mind but that doesn't stop me worrying anymore! How will I cope?? Any advice would be great. Thanks
