Hi,
Sorry to hear your having a hard time at the minute.
I used to get the panic feeling everytime I had to go out, and I did let it stop me from going about my everyday routines. I then decided that I couldnt carry on like that, going out had never hurt me before, so why should it now. So I started to thing positively, and did it step by step.
It is hard at first but the more you do it, the easier it becomes, its the thinking about going out thats the worst, once you are actually out it isnt as bad,
Just think positively, hold your head up high and give it a go.
Take care

Leslie - sound like you almost need to review the basics and retackle your panics from a new angle and start to understand it, learn to control it and start to recover from it.
