Scared of having a good day..?

Hi all,
Wondered if anyone can offer advice or is like this.

I have an ant phobia, and they come into the house, However when I'm having a good day I will always find one in the house and feel back to square one.

I'm beginning to dread having a good day because I know something will go wrong!

Like today benn out wilth my son and husband taking the dog for a lovely walk, sat outside a lovely pub had a drink, wonderful weather, gets back home ant in the bathroom, bang back down to earth with a bump. Having panicky feelings heart racing, shaking etc. Is anyone else like this or is this just another sympton of depression?

Dont think you are alone phobias are very scary and real
have you tried to get used to ants in small doses and gradually build up
i know its hard but it can ease the phobia in most cases
