Heart Problems?? OMG!

This morning I have woken up with this horrible pain in the middle of my chest. Feels like my heart skipped a beat this morning and since I get this horrible stabbing pain what feels like in my heart! Has anyone else suffered with this as I am totally freaked out. At work and cant concentrate on anything else.

Horrible stabbing pain in middle of chest... acid reflux? Anxiety makes it worse and it makes anxiety worse. Take some gaviscon, and if that doesn't work take some renitadine, see if that makes it go away?
