Hey there,
My names Laura and I finally decided to join this group after many months of stumbling across it online!
I was diagnosed with anixety and depression about 2 years ago, when I was 17, and it's been up and down from there really!
When I started university last year I had completed CBT and was very confident but since then I have missed a term of work, started Citalopram, reacted to citalopram and here I am.
Hope to talk to some of you on here soon! x
