I know depersonalization/derealization can be a normal symptom of anxiety. But I was wondering if anyone experiences this in relation to the past. For me sometimes, it seems like at the end of the day I can remember everything I've done that day, but it almost seems like a dream rather than a vivid memory of the day. I think it might have something to do with the sun going down and the change in environment and all. Does anyone else experience this? Is it normal?
