I dont know if i am having a panic attack or i maybe just losing it. I was trying to get a transfer on my job to another state. Everytime I call I am getting the run a round. I just feel so helpless. I am always giving other people advice. But I will not let anyone close enough to me to know my problems. I cant stop crying. and I just hurt all over. I feel I am going to snap if I dont talk to some one.

Welcome to the site firstly, I'm sorry to hear you are havin a bad time at the moment. Have you felt like this before? Have you seen a doctor or anything?

I don't think you are losing it, you sound more overwhelmed and anxious. Waiting around for other people to make a decision doesn't help.

Welcome to the forum.

Applying for a new job is stressful enough without moving to a new State at the same time. It is also incredibly frustrating when you cannot get a response from someone and are being given the runaround.

You are not losing it at all. It could help to talk to someone you trust rather than bottling everything up. A good cry will help release tension too.

Hi Stephanie

Sounds like you have alot on your plate at the moment.

This is probably making things worse. Being uncertain and not in control of things is very frustrating.

If you feel you are unable to talk to anyone close to you, try writing down your frustrations or post further here.

Would you be able to talk to your doctor?

I find by just writing down issues helps to let go and actually put things back into perspective again.

Crying is good! It helps to relieve tension.
