Hi everyone,
I've been suffering from what my doctor thinks are panic attacks since March this year, I'm currently trying Bach flower to see if that helps. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

It's nice to know that i'm not going mental, and there's lots of people who are dealing with this! :)

You are not going mental and yes there are lots of people suffering the same so you are not alone
not sure what bach flower is but there are loads of natural aids ie Kalms, St Johns Wart, Rescue remedy all of which have different success with different people
