got a shock this morning - from blood tests after what i thought was a galls tone attack (could have these also!) i have an over active thyroid! was upset at first - have had so many investigations and suffered really bad with anxiety for over 10 yrs - now have soemthing else to worry about!
anyway - reminded myself of all the people worse off so feeling much better and it does explain why i have been sweating more - aware of my heart beat all the time, nasty headaches, increased anxiety, shakiness etc - i thought it was because my citalopram had stopped working!!!!!
anyway - doc has put me on beta blockers until i get an appointment with a specialist and wants me to bring my citalopram down to 10mg.
just wanted to hear from other sufferers and their experiences. x:hugs:
