this simple,but traditional breathing technique,comes from india,and really relaxes you..after completion,you should feel a gentle tingling sensation,all over,lasting several minutes..indian teachers,call this streaming..it really is wonderfully relaxing,and refreshing...so,why not try!
DONT EAT,OR DRINK FOR AN HOUR BEFORE,EXERCISE.
loosen all clothing..lay on your back,and bend your knees.
close mouth..take 3/4 breath,through the nose,feeling your tummy rise..breathe in further,until you feel your ribs move.
open mouth wide,breathe out fully,whilst smiling at the same time.
continue for min of 5mins..max of 20mins...try it,hope you enjoy.
