I had a very itchy hand last night and i kept scratching it now there are red dots all over where i've scratched it.This has happened before.Is it normal?

Could be something as simple as touching something you're allergic to. If the itch gets really annoying then try an antihistamine. If it persists you could always ask your pharmacist to have a look at it.

Yeah its normal as you have disturbed the skin bed. Peptechie occurs by accident & is due to a clotting problem x

It's normal. Little broken blood vessels of something. Nothing to worry about :)
