my throat

hi everyone my throat is realy sore and feels like a lump in it im worried it will affect my breathing,i have had a lot of phleam lately.im worried.anyone else ?

Lumps in the throat is probably THEE worst symptom of anxiety for me dear..I get the dodgy stomachs where I HAVE to go to the bathroom like 3 seconds ago and the headaches etc but the lump in the throat is awful.

And it is so strange because even if I think about it like right now as I type,I feel I'm getting it!
