Sore to touch headache

Im still getting my headaches my left side of my head is very tender if i touch it it hurts. Anyone else had this?

It is still a tension headache and it won't go whilst u are tense and stressing.

Can I suggest you stay offline for a few days and relax as I don't think you are to be honest.

These things need time but if you keep adding stress, like you are, they won't go.

You are making it worse keep posting about it and thinking about it.

yeah ive gone through that stage too..........my scalp was really sore....lol
anyway anx mum i suggest you stop all painkillers and relax as much as possible. (which i could relax to get rid of my headache but starting back at uni on friday!)
