Hi All
I have been using the search facility on this website and discovered that the more I revisit my posts and mainly any threads I started the better I feel. It makes me realise how many time I have panicked and noting has happened. It gives me value amunition to stop the cycle of thoughts.
I have realised that I should have died from numerous Heart attacks, lumps and anything else I have discovered.
Sometimes when I read my old threads I laugh as it does not sound like me talking.
Give it a try it is a great record of all the rimes we have lost it for no reason.
