weird knotting, twisty feeling

i've got a weird feeling in my lower tummy (same area as period pain) and it's spreading down to the back of my bum, it's like a weird cramping, twisty feeling but comes in spasms and then goes away, like the type of sore tummy you'd get if you need the loo really badly :S

also got a sore throat, stuff nose and mild headachey feeling :S

any help, im confused, i was bleeding when i went to the toilet earlier and have had dihorrea for 3 or 4 days too? so am going through heaps of things
