I have recently been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and am currently at a volunteer placement and am really struggling to calm myself down and focus. I dont want to leave early but dont know how to cope with this. Any help would be appreciated

if youur on meds you should calm down dont give up your work u need to keep your mind active best of luck
