Hiya, I'm a new poster on this forum, although I must admit I've been lurking and reading for some time. I originally came looking for information about seven or eight months ago, when, after 15 years of self-harm, depression and anxiety, I finally agreed to medication - something I had always been dead against. My mental health nurse suggested Citalopram, and when I decided to research it (I won't go into anything without researching it first!) I found this website. Seven months on, with five months counselling also under my belt, and life is looking so much rosier. So, that's me! Thanks for having me!
