Feel so alone

:weep: So glad for this site at mo feel so alone getting headaches had them 6 weeks now and there constant. Noone in my family seems 2 understand what an inpacked this is having on my life trying 2 b strong for my 2 boys. Everyday is a real effort dont want 2 b like this

Hi,

Have you been to see your doc? Surely they can give you something to help. No wonder you are feeling worn out with headaches constantly. Especially if you have kids to look after. I'm assuming anxiety is causing the headaches. I think headaches are definitely a tension issue. I think some time out for yourself could help. If you could even have a hot bath at the end of the day and think of yourself for once. Close the bathroom door and shut the world out for a while. Hope you feel better soon.

its true ive been getting headaches for ages and people just say deal with it but its different when you have them all the time to when you get them rarely.
