All night long

I was up all night. I had four severe anxiety attacks. My nerves are shot. My stomach feels twisted and uncomfortable and I feel sick and tired. I have got diarhoea now too and a tummy ache. I am embarrased as I woke my partner each time and was trying to explain how I was feeling but felt like a t**t.

I can't think straight this morning. I am low and depressed and feel quite alone. :-(

I have felt yukky and tired all day. Haven't eaten a thing all day feel like I couldn't keep anything down even though I haven't been sick. I'm scared it's gonna be the same again tonight.

I'm starting a masters funded by my workplace in two weeks. I think I am totally terrified of messing it up. Subconsciously my mind is going bonkers, hence all the anxiety. Last time I had anxiety like this was when I was doing my dissertation.
