GAD?

to some of you this may not be a problem, but when this happens it gets me stressed!
last night i met a girl i hadnt seen for a few years. one thing led to another....and well y`know.

now im in a state of anxiety worrying about "what if she falls pregnant, what if i catch something etc etc". i know that accidents can happen but the odds are really slim cos i was careful.

it seems my anxiety has just moved from work,exams etc to this. is that GAD?

Well i get like that and i cant be diagnosed with GAD untill ive had this 6 months, ive got sever anxiety and it causes me to get depressed over the slightest bit of worry.

I thiunk you just sound worried about it, not sure if yours is like sever anxiety because anyone would worry, ive worried about that before, but i dunno if your having a real hard time passing it out your mind or you cant get away from it and your getting symptoms it might be
