Im new on this site and was wondering if anyone was planning a meet near manchester as i live in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

I've just joined this site - I'm 29 I live in Bolton - I have panic attacks a little and anxiety. I've had depression in the past but got over it but have a much milder version of it just recently. I don't want to go back on medication which is why I'm looking for alternatives such as this site and maybe some alternative therapy or something:shrug:

I'de love to meet up with people in a similar position. I've finished uni and now am studying again and working but have a confidence issue though no-one would ever know to talk to me. How strange life is!

Theres a good chance I could do a meetup in the manchester area. As long as me hubby can get the time off work.
