bruised , tight feeling on in chest

hi i have asthma but it doesnt seem this is the problem as my peak flow is fine!
it feels like pressure, bruised feeling between my boobs, breast bone? i have been overbreathing! how do i get rid of it? is it from anxiety? thanks xxx

this will probobly just be tension from over breathing :) My doctor said it can also be caused by muscle spasms. Take some parecetomol and just rest it and it should be fine soon x
