oh goddd... now i'm terrified I'm going to pick up whatever it is! I've got my trusty carex sanitiser and a big bottle of dettol, should that be enough, will I go dettol the toilets or something? Seemingly she was sick last night, I spent the last two nights at home but I'm so scared I might get ill too, and if I'm sick that'll set my health anxiety even more :(
