my cpn was going to make it easier for me to get used to and transfer to long care team, well seems they are not :weep: and they said i needed to trust people to, how can i form trust when promises get made and they go back on their word, after they told both me a psychiatrist this up at hospital
i tried to phone them to speak about it, as they promised the first couple of sessions with new cpn they would be there, they never got back to me they left my details with longcare team saying to phone me up as i had phoned them :mad:
im really worried about my psychiatrist app next week now as its the main one in charge, ive never been able to talk to him so only spend like 5mins in there and now will be sat in room with him and my new cpn, 2 males and me :scared15: this is going to be soo soo hard
how can i gain trust with people when they go back on there word
