mixing beechams with lemsip

bit of a misleading title don't worry I'm not mixing them properly I was just wondering say my lemsip says take 1 every 4 to 6 hours and I took it at 12pm would you say its okay to now take a beechams? It says don't take with any other type of paracetemol but I'm just checking because its been 6 hours? Thanks and sorry if its the wrong room

its ok so long as you only take one every 4 hours. Never take the two or paracetomol at the same time
