Yes common.

If its becoming nightly or increasing in frequency you need to get discuss a mouth guard being made by your dentist to protect your teeth.

Bedtime relaxation/meditation can help.

I have big problems with my teeth, they are awful, im sure they are so much worse. They are painful and becoming very loose now, I had no idea I could have a mouth guard, maybe too late though, thanks Meg for that info, I will enquire,xx

i do do it at times verry rare normally during pa.....but meg is right if it happends a lot can make ur teeth verry bad and loose.. especially if it happends at night when u dnt no bout it

Its mostly to prevent you grinding down through the top enamel which is the best protection yiour teeth have.
