Need help this evening :'(

Sorry to be graphic but I have a very painful raised red rash between my legs, it has been developing over a while, used to itch so I thought it was joggers itch, but now its just very painful. Im so anxious and im away from home at the moment so can't see a doctor. Can anyone help? :'( xxxx

Sorry to ask wierd questions, but do your legs rub together often, because of running or anything else? Just wondering, because mine do, when I run, depending on what I wear, and it creates a rash almost like I scraped myself, stings, and is very painful. I put neosporin, vaseline, or cocoa butter on it and it takes a few days to heal. I have noticed if I dont treat it it takes awhile to heal.
