well what a morning ive had so far...woke up from a really bad nitemare..tutt then in a matter ov a couple ov minutes i was crying ??? why i dont know then the anxiety attacks kick in ....so it just helps me feel a little calmer writing stuff down on ere...i was takin fluoxitine but only took them for five days because the side affects was really scary and i just felt sick all the time so i thought i had enough ...its my second day off the drug an its hell !
