Hi everyone
I am new to this forum. I started having panic attacks at work about 3 weeks ago. It culminated with me breaking down in front of my manager and being sent home.
I have been put citalopram(30mg) and i hope o feel better soon.

Hi it can take weeks for the citalopram to start taking effect but it will be worth it. Im sure you'll find lots of advice on here...x
