Hi im Ash and im 23 years old. I have had social anxiety and phobias
for a while and have found this site useful to look at. I have tried CBT and herbal remedies but have recently started on 10mm of Citalopram. Nice to meet you all
its good to know many people have just the same scenario and comforting. x
