Hi Nic

Yes i signed up and you get a video eac week with lots of good tips and tricks to aid panic atacks, there is also some dowloadable nature relaxation sounds and some downloadable pdf files about fear, the guy that runs it is an ex sufferer so comes across very understanding

it worked well for me before i found you guys x
