After being given drugs in the past being too scared to take them ( medicine phobia ) i decided to give it a go last night. Doc said to take 20mg but i thought on your bike as i know if i had severe side effects id never take another. I had some 10mg in my previous stock so chopped 1 in half and just took 5mg. I do feel a bit sick today and have a headahe. Woke up with a few nightmares but its not too bad. So im going to take 5mg untill saturday then put it up to 10mg and ill just tell doc its the only way i can do it. Its a start and atleast im trying

Yeah i think its a great start and if the doc says its all good then go for it! you might need longer than a few days though to get used to the dose ive got to see if im stable by monday and if i am up the dose. Im on 10mg atm and having a few side effects mainly sickness and drowseiness and a little bit more of anxiety but apart from that i think im doing ok :)
