Can people help me to calm down about my lymphnodes

I have found one right in the edge of my face level with my ear lobe. Does anyone else have one there?

Im feeling like a freak today its horrible

Lisa have you been poking again? you really shouldnt if you go poking and prodding you will find something im sure if i poked my body i would find things. I to have small cysts down my neck 2 on my left and 1 behind my ear. You have probably always had these and at the moment you are at the height of your anxiety so they are going to be magnified 100% i am no expert on hiv but i do know that with so many tests you DO NOT HAVE IT. I would put money on your glands being raised due to excessive touch and excessive worry. Honestly i do not think you have anything to worry about. If you had not had any tests i would say if you have been at risk get tested but you have been tested many times and they were negative. I know i am totally not taking my own advice here but take comfort in the fact that the doc feels there is nothing wrong with you.
