hi iam in the middle of a panic iam trying to type to distract myself . My heart is racing so much GOD I HATE THIS !!!!!!!.I know it will pass soon but just needed to type iam sorry x

thanks mate i just feel crap . i think it doesnt help i had a late night and sunday is my worst day x

The other thing that helps me is doing something like clearing out a cupboard or drawer - try to keep busy.

Hope you may be starting to feel a little better but like the others I suggest keeping busy for distraction.

Hi mazz,

Hope you are feeling better.
There's nothing worse is there than feeling like that.
You could also try lying down with a cold wet flannel on your forehead, that can help me sometimes.
