hello all, well here's what im going through and what im feeling... everyday almost all day im lightheaded and can't breath properly, i find myself taking deep breaths to get some air, i kinda feel like im not getting any blood or oxygen to my head/brain sometimes when im out ill start freaking out and want to rush home or to er.. been to er like 5 times taken ekg's ,catscans variuos bloodwork, not diabetic sugars are in check, my bp is a little high 150/90 at times sometimes higher, especially when im having an attack.. sometimes i find myself working and i feel normal, then i think about it and bam lightheaded again... especially at night when im thinking all this crap like stroke heartattack or other medical problems...also notice more intense eye floters,have memory problems, just scares me and dont know what to think or do, i went through the getting mad at anything, always fighting stage but ive got better, but can't shake the lightheadedness which freaks me out....been going on since feburary08 an. it's gotten so bad i cant even go play basketball games anymore when before i could run 6-7 games in a row. now i play one game and i get super lightheaded...

Sounds exactly like me mate, eye floaters and breathing issues ect ect. Just the other day I was playing football and after about 15 mins i started feeling light headed :( of course smoking don't help me lol but yeah everything you said I've experienced.

This is just like me as well. It's purely anxiety. The lightheaded feeling is probably from your neck/shoulder muscles tensing up. When those muscles are so tight, they impede blood flow to the head or could even effect your ear canal making you feel "dizzy". Head to the Dr. and rule out any ear problems and neck problems. After that, why don't you think about therapy for your anxiety? That has helped me wonders. :)

That has helped me wonders. :)yeah the scary thing is it really feels like im gonna collapse after my first game when i could run games all day..as for doctor thats what im doing next is going to an ear throat specialist and see what they say , knowing others feel the same way is helping me at least cope with it,, thanks all for the advice and support it really helps me alot...:)

no problem. just hearing that someone else out there is alive and typing back with the same problems gets rid of half the worry. :)
