Burning Face Sensation

For the last hour I have a burning sensation on my face and ears. They are hot to touch but I have checked my temp and its fine. I'm freaking out. Anyone have any idea what this could be before I google.
I'm a 31 year old male by the way so its definately not the menopause!

I get a really hot feeling around my ears sometimes

Have done for years before i had anxiety problems, think it's just one of them things

I've had "burning" face before, and burning chest, and leg..its quite likely to be anxiety. You know when people are embarressed or ashamed and this happens, hence the phrase "burning with shame?" Its due to adrenaline, which anxiety produces, obviously.

Distract yourself and itll almost certainly be gone soon.

I quite often get burning face usually with tingling lips
feels like high bp sometimes but i have been checked and it si fine

yep my anxiety causes this too :-( scalding hot bright red cheeks and ears if i am anxious or nervous !!!!

I get this to, my ears feel like they on fire.

I just put it down to my anxiety
