Hello!!!

Hi im Twixie :) I have been looking at a few forums for anxiety as i have never really talked to anyone else that has GAD or panic disorder and i came accross this one! I have had Anxiety for a long time but it was recognised when i was 13 (i didnt leave the house for a month). I have been on three different meds and they dont work very well. I have had two cognitive behavioural therapists and they where great but now i have a therapist person who i dont like at all :lac: So here i am on this forum haha...oh and im 17 now :yahoo:
