Have been feeling a little anxious for a few days now but nothing too serious and have been trying to ignore it and keep on top of it...Yesterday though i was in Tesco and with no warning at all i got this feeling right in the middle of my chest that my heart was beating really fast and hard, it wasn't like the fast beat i get when i'm having a panic attack it was weird...Does anyone else experience this ???? It has made my anxiety a bit worse today and have just been bathing the kids and was getting lots of palpitations and i feel a little shakey now...
