Hi,
Ive had quite bad health anxiety for about a year now, with my ilnessess ranging from leukemia to MS.
recently at freshers week at uni i drank too much over the course of the week. I went to the doctors because my sides below the ribs hurt he had a feel around and said its just kidney ache from excessive dehydration from drinking. Its a week on and the pains totally gone however i am still aware of my right hand side - no pain or even mild aching but im just aware of somthing different there. Am i being mental? because i cant shake it off.
I also thought i had a heart condition and went to the doctors about 6 months ago which he said was anxiety. Ever since then ive always been aware of my heartbeating, no discomfort but just permanently aware of it.
Does anyone else have this constant feeling of being "aware" of changes occuring? could this be put down to anxiety? or is there a simple medical explanation why i can feel my right hand side.
Thank You
