Just thought I would share this especially for new members. Last night I had a major anxiety attack with all the usual symptoms but with one new and frightening symptom (as if we need more!) lol. Anyway I came on here and searched the many previous posts and found lots of info and related problems there. This really helped and just want to say how valuable it is being able to search previous threads and posts. Have survived again "with a little (lot) of help from my friends! " Thanks to all of you out there and huge thanks to NMP !!:yesyes:
