I hope im not pissing anyone off, I know i Just posted recently. :-( Im just really curious if one of my symptoms might be related to other symptoms.

A symptom i have, which I know is not anxiety related. Is that my upper left thigh region tingles whenever i lay flat on my back at night. Theres not really any pain in my leg. I can walk fine and It doesnt bother me during the day.. Only when my leg is extended and still does the weird tingling sensation occur on the top left side of the thigh, a little above the knees.. Sometimes I wake up and this area is numb, and as soon as i move my leg or notice it it goes away. It goes away differently then when your hand falls asleep from pressure on it. It vanishes pretty quick.

My main symptoms which im concerned about are the dizziness, clouded head feelings i get throughout the day. and also the shocking sensations in my chest right before im about to pass out into sleep. Does anyone think these symptoms are all related, a medical condition? Or is it most likely some are from anxiety.. and maybe some are from a pinched nerve etc.? Im curious if this all is related and i have a circulatory/heart problem or something.. Blott clott who the hell knows.. cancer. tumor.. jesus christmas..

If you have had the once over from your doctors and they are not related to any medical condition , then they can all be from anxiety.

Are you doing enough exercise ?

no im definitely not getting enough excercise. I dont think my symptoms are anxiety related. Especially not my leg. That one im pretty positive isnt anxiety related. Ive been dealing with it for awhile now, even before any dizziness or anxiety.

Im not sure what is causing it, and i mentioned it to the doctor but he didnt do anything to check. Im going to see him again with my problems, see if he can recommend anything.

I think i can walk fine, Ive played baseball about a couple of months ago and ran alot and everything and i got no pain. My legs do feel a little weak though at times, but thats just from inactivity. Who knows.

Is it possible the dizziness and off balance feelings i get are from inner ear? I notice my left hear makes alot of weird sounds.. at first it was a very waxy, sticky sound that i could hear whenever i blink or talk sometimes.. Now its turned into more of a popping sound. Ill hear it pop when i turn my head a certain way or talk ..

Yes, it is possible there is an associated ear problem. Its an easy one to check out.

It sounds to me like a pinched nerve or a touch of nerve damage or maybe just nerves.

I've had an area on my leg about the size of a hand that has been either numb or tingly for almost ten years now for which my doctors have no solid explanation and I have not died yet. Actually it has gotten halfway better.

I recommend you get a hamster.
