I've suffered from anxiety attacks for a number of years. However, for the past few weeks, I've constantly felt nauseous and lethargic. The smallest task seems too big.

There isn't anything I've tried that will take away the nausea.

My job is high pressure and I'm facing a dreaded deadline on the 17th of October.

I can't imagine going on as I am and getting through it.

Hi Muggles
Have you tried Ginger capsules or ginger biscuits.

You can either take the capsules or make a ginger drink with them.

No, Joan, I haven't tried either. However, I shall stock up on ginger biscuits and some ginger tea.

ginger biscuits are really good for nausia...

try to make sure you dont go too long between meals because this results in low blood sugar (which equals nausia and tiredness).....

i felt exactly like that all the way through my pregnancy... just a thought...!!!!
