body temp obsessed!

Hi

I have to check my body temp regulary! I mean sometimes i check it 20 times a day. It seems to be worse since the S.F appeared on the scene as i know high temp is the distinguishing symptom. I even spent £30 on a thermo scan ear thermometer and still have to double check that with my oral thermometer.

Some mornings i can be found with both at the same time. does anyone else do this. I do congratulate myself on the odd days i stop myself doing it!

I did exactly that when I first started with anxiety. I check ear, mouth and forehead temps most of the day. Thankful I realised it was just anxiety and I no longer do anymore. I started doing because I used to get a burning forehead.
