Panic Attacks

Hi everyone,

I put a thread on the Citalopram site yesterday.

I'm just trying to get some idea of my symptoms. Know the devil!
I get surges of adrenaline? down my arms that are scary. This can happen many times a day, sometimes related to external stress like my child late for school or arguing , sometimes when I think negatively.
Are these panic attacks or anxiety. And does anyone else get similar.

These surges down the arms are one of my main symptoms, probably in similar situations as you describe....it is sometimes the onset of a panic attack for me and at other times just a warning that my anxiety is starting to peak. These have become less frequent as my nerves have calmed...so this will get better.:bighug1:
