silly boy

guess I am a real silly boy I am just getting so scared about myself
yes I have a history of anxiety but its flared up again big time.
I have to fly and the sheer thought is nearly killing me - yes I am so thankful
that I have a family health job etc but I just feel as if its all going to collapse
in a heap -- sometimes I nearly pass out and totally afraid even to meet anyone for lunch -- I also have severe tinnitus in both ears and
its like a loud out of tune radio reception - I try so hard to overcome
but some of my experiances have been awful.
yes I am a silly boy!!

Go to boots and buy bachs rescue spray its great...when you feel anxious just spray some in your mouth and take some slow deep breaths...ive been using it for years im sure it will help and is totally natural...good luck with the flying.
